Return & Exchange Policy – Shahi Garments
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, wrong item delivered, or size/color mismatch.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Exchange option available for same product category, subject to stock availability.
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
